Refund & Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us. All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and packaging. We recommend you get a proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the shipping costs will be deducted unless the item you received was damaged or faulty.

Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exchanges

We will only replace or exchange any item if they are damaged or defected. Please send an email to sales@luxelifeandstyle.co.uk with details.
